David Bennett Workman is the Chairman & Founder of Rand/Workman Fine Motor Auction & Luxury Lifestyle Expo who has been involved in the Investment, Ownership, Development and Leasing of Large Real Estate projects for over 20 years, handling over $1 Billion in transactions. He is also part owner of 600 units of N.Y. residential property. Prior to real estate, Mr. Workman worked in the financial markets for Merrill Lynch. An Avid Car enthusiast, Mr. Workman has closely followed the Classic Car Auction business for many years. Mr. Workman conceived of the Fine Motor Auction Business in N.Y.C. and along with Bradford Rand incorporated the Luxury Lifestyle Expo aspect into the Rand/Workman Event. Many of Mr. Workman's existing clientele and associates have been avid car collectors thereby giving Rand/Workman access to many unique and coveted vehicles along with collectors of them. His clients have been among the nations most well known entertainment, media, financial, professional service companies, manufacturing firms and associated entities. With previous Wall Street financial and Big Five accounting experiences, Mr. Workman has combined all disciplines of his backgrounds. His in-depth and creative business experience spans disciplines of strategic planning, market research/ evaluation/ implementation, and financial analysis. Among the clients Mr. Workman has worked with are Related Properties, Safeco Insurance, Studio Instrument & Rental, Metromedia (Muze), Wilhemina Models, Inc., Zurich-American Insurance Company, Argosy Gaming, Greystone & Co., etc... Mr. Workman is a graduate of Brandeis University where he earned a B.A. in Economics
